Mental Training for Everyday Use
Mental training has become something with which every athlete is familiar. At the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, 99 out of every 100 athletes had a conscious mental training programme.
However, mental training is not just for elite athletes; it is a strong card to have at hand in business, research and education as well. This kind of training may be crucial to any performance.
In the lecture “Mental Training for Everyday Use,” I use concrete cases to introduce the ABC of mental training in sports or business.
